111bad Platform Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between 111bad (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "User", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the services available at 111bad.club. The Platform operates as an online betting and casino entertainment service targeting adult players in Bangladesh.

By completing the account registration process, by accessing the 111bad Login page, or by placing any wager or participating in any game offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

111bad reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of 111bad is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 111bad operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly permit access to any person who has not attained this age. Bangladesh law and the Platform's own standards require this minimum age for participation in any gambling or wagering activity.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. By registering, you confirm that you have independently verified that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You are registering and playing for your own personal, recreational purposes and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organised gambling ring.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee, contractor, or director of 111bad or any of its technology, game content, or payment processing partners.
• You have not been previously excluded from 111bad or any self-exclusion programme that covers use of online gambling platforms.

3. Account Registration

To access betting markets, casino games, and payment services on 111bad, you must register a personal account via the 111bad Login page. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify 111bad promptly of any changes by contacting the support team.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of the Platform's Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 111bad may at any time request that you submit documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, and address. Acceptable documents typically include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate for age and identity verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Processing of withdrawals may be suspended until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Account Currency

All accounts on 111bad are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to represent BDT amounts. 111bad does not operate multi-currency accounts; all deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 111bad Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances.

• You must choose a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered and are strongly encouraged to do so.
• You must notify 111bad immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 111bad will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to request your password from 111bad is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.

111bad will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials. However, where unauthorised access occurred due to a security failure on the Platform's own systems, 111bad will investigate and respond appropriately.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

111bad supports deposits and withdrawals in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your 111bad wallet instantly upon confirmation from your mobile banking provider. 111bad does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for verifying the fee structure of your chosen payment method before initiating a deposit.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. 111bad aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. 111bad reserves the right to impose a withdrawal hold of up to seventy-two (72) hours for security verification purposes.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

111bad operates in strict compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All financial activity on the Platform is monitored. You must not use 111bad for the purpose of transferring, concealing, or converting the proceeds of any unlawful activity. 111bad reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where suspicious financial activity is detected, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on 111bad are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. Technical errors, misclicks, or user error do not constitute grounds for the reversal of a confirmed wager. 111bad reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system or human error, provided that notice of the void is given within a reasonable time frame.

6.2 Sports Betting

Pre-match bets are accepted up to the published deadline for each event. In-play bets are accepted in real time, subject to market availability and the Platform's discretion to suspend markets during natural breaks in play, injury stoppages, or other significant events. 111bad's settlement of sporting event outcomes is based on official results published by the relevant governing body — such as the ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, and the BPL governing council for Bangladesh Premier League fixtures.

6.3 Casino and Instant Games

All casino games, slot titles, and instant-win products available on 111bad operate under certified and independently audited random number generation (RNG) systems, or — in the case of live casino tables — real-time physical equipment operated by certified dealers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the respective game software providers (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe) and are not within 111bad's direct control.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

111bad reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on a per-bet, per-session, or per-day basis. Where applicable, such limits will be displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout will be capped at the applicable limit regardless of the game outcome.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

111bad offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's own documentation:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are typically credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not available for withdrawal until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• 111bad reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice, provided that no player is disadvantaged in respect of a promotion they have already actively commenced claiming.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus funds — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 111bad and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Creating more than one account, or assisting another person in creating an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit Platform features.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated wagering intended to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used by the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 111bad staff, support agents, or other Platform users.

9. Responsible Gaming

111bad is committed to the health and wellbeing of all its users. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It should never be viewed as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users and can be activated at any time via the account settings panel or by contacting the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to remind you how long you have been logged in.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 111bad Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of 111bad or its licensed content and technology partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written authorisation from 111bad. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111bad, its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

111bad makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary service interruptions. 111bad will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate scheduled maintenance windows in advance.

The total aggregate liability of 111bad to any individual user in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

111bad reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect user rights, financial obligations, or the scope of permitted use — registered users will be notified by email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. For non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information), changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 111bad Platform, you agree to first contact the 111bad support team to seek an informal resolution before initiating any formal proceedings. 111bad is committed to resolving user disputes fairly, promptly, and in good faith.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
